I made this smoothie over the weekend and thought I'd share it in case anyone is looking for a perfect summer cooler. You will need some kind of blender for best results though.

ingredients
1 banana, sliced
2 handfuls of fresh blueberries
2 scoops of vanilla soya ice cream
50ml rice milk
makes about 2 glasses
Place the sliced banana and rinsed fresh blueberries in a bowl or blender. Add the soya ice cream and rice milk. Mix with a handheld blender or in an electric blender for best results. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Probably a good thing to mention: I personally like thick smoothies and milkshakes so the above recipe does not use much liquid, but do add more rice milk to thin it down to your liking.
